Days Foretold – Heaven’s Fire
God turn our hearts back to you
With faithful love, sincere and so true
To hate all sin, and cleave to the good
to speak your truth, just like we should
Bring back our youth, with fiery eyes
Their youthful sins they would despise
They’d lead the way in victory
Their heart’s fire change history
Hearts of faith, that will not bend
With devotion true, they do not pretend
Oh God renew the hearts sincere
With holiness and with reverent fear
Let devils fear when we draw near
Let darkness flee, as we stand strong
Let shackles break, as we awake
Let Heaven’s fire fall again
Purify the hearts of men
Raise a people unashamed
Burning brightly in Your name
Spirit breathe upon these bones
Make our hearts Your dwelling home
Days foretold now come alive
Holy God revive, revive
Bring us to the place, your heart longs
Who worship in truth, and not just in song
With boldness and bravery, we don’t shrink back
Devils strongholds, we march and attack
Grant us to live, as in days of old
The fire from heaven that prophets foretold
Miracles restored, alive and renewed
Healing afflicted, where power ensues
Our sons and daughters to prophecy
Unashamed and bold, willing to die
No sacrifice small, or to great
So willing to do, before it’s too late
